Before committing to coaching and mediation, I have been active as a lawyer and attorney for around 15+ years, both in the public and private sector. This experience has taught me that the basis for any good transaction, and the prerequisite for resolving a dispute, is, above all, the desire to establish a relationship based on mutual respect, trust and the ability to approach the problem through the eyes of a partner.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Since 2022 I have been a solution-focused coach with Erickson training and a member of the International Coaching Association and ICF Estonia. I have acquired a degree on the legal and psychological aspects of mediation offered by Tallinn University, a Cinergy Conflict Management Coaching certificate and several other coaching and conflict management training courses (including EBS Academy of Executive Coaching “Coaching Skills Certificate”, Shipley Group Coaching Certificate).<\/p>\n On a personal level, I am married and the mother of two children.
